30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@hosiery-heaven.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  1. Used Underwear
  2. Damaged Underwear
  3. Underwear without Original Packaging
  4. Underwear with Removed Tags
  5. Customized Underwear
  6. Hygiene Underwear (in accordance with hygiene regulations)

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item following the above process and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned above.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
